Added a new placeholder %string_replace_characters_<configuration>_<input>% that works together with a config option that can be found in plugins/PlaceholderAPI/config.yml under the "string.replacements" option. This lets you set a custom map in config and then use this placeholder to replace all the keys from the map with the values if they are found in the string.
