Added all cooldown/duration related placeholders, simply use %pdm_(cooldown key)%. Available cooldown keys can be viewed ingame using /pdm cooldowns. Cooldown keys added through add-ons are automatically available when registered. Added all-perks and level-perks in addition to player-perks Cooldown/duration related placeholders now display their time in hours, minutes, or seconds rather than a timestamp. Removed perks-revive due to being obsolete.
