About

YAMLvar turns any value inside any YAML file on your server into a live placeholder - no custom code required. Most expansions are built for one plugin. YAMLvar works with any plugin that stores data in YAML: point it at a file and a path, and it returns that value as %yamlvar_<name>%, usable anywhere PlaceholderAPI placeholders work. The source plugin never needs to know YAMLvar exists - nothing is duplicated, nothing to keep in sync. Setup: 1. Add a link in config.yml (name, file, path) 2. /yamlvar register <name> 3. Use %yamlvar_<name>% anywhere links: vertical_limit: file: "plugins/WorldEdit/config.yml" path: "limits.vertical-height.default" update: 15 Commands: /yamlvar register|unregister|reload|list|help (requires yamlvar.admin, default: op) Each link refreshes on its own schedule in the background - optimized and asynchronous.
